ExtremeDealsintheBurg auction items are online returns, overstock items, surplus items, in store returns, delivery refusals, bulk volume sales. Items will be Brand New, Appears New, Open Box, Pre-Owned/Used, Damaged!!!
Due to the massive volume we sell, we try to visually inspect items for any obvious damage, but not all items are tested for functionality.
ExtremeDealsintheBurg Offers a 48 Hour Guarantee on Anything we List that is Labeled (Factory Sealed or Appears New!)
The 48 hour Guarantee Starts on your original Loadout day! (Example: You win on Monday, Your original loadout day will be Tuesday. Your Guarantee will be good until 1pm on Thursday!)
This Guarantee is For Functionality ONLY!! We DO NOT Guarantee for Color, Size, Completeness, Hardware(Nuts, Bolts, Washers), Owner's Manual!!
It is Extremely Important to Open and Inspect your items as quickly as possible to Maximize Your 48 hour guarantee on items marked Factory Sealed or Appears New!
Bidders Responsibility:

If you win anything above 50 pounds, or multiple items, bring help to load your iitems!
Show up for loadout with Buyers Invoice (Paper or Digital) for each auction you won!
Have a Credit Card on File with Equip-Bid that is current!
Bring Proper Tools and Equipment to Help with your Loadout!

Factory Sealed/Appears New:Items are Guaranteed For 48 Hours!!
If you have an issue with one of these items, simply emailextremedealsintheburg@gmail.comwith the 48 hour timeframe! After your response to the email, please bring the item back to us within 5 business day and we will issue you a full refund!! Anytime after the 5 Business Days, There will be NO Refund Given!
Open Box: These items are NOT GUARANTEED! These items are sold "AS-IS" and are NON Refundable! These Items represent several conditions such as, incomplete, pre-owned, new but not verified for condition, untested, could be fully functioning, could be DOA, we have not tested. We Highly suggest you use our inspection days to preview open box items before placing a bid.
Pre-Owned/Used:These Items are NOT GUARANTEED! These Items are NON Refundable! These items are know to be used or pre-owned and we will picture them to the best of our ability! We will NOT test for Functionality!
Damaged:These Items are NOT GUARANTEED!! These Items are NON Refundable! These items are known to have damage. We will do our best to describe the damage and get pictures of the damage. We DO Not test for functionality.
Any Unmarked Items will be considered Open Box and will be sold As-Is! No Refunds on Unmarked Items!
Inspections: We will offer inspection days for each auction we list. Just schedule a time, and come on down!
Bidding:You are responsible for your bids. If you make a mistake, calls can be made to support at 816-527-9509, Monday thru Friday 8am to 4pm - before the auction closes and they may be able to assist you!
Payment:We will process credit cards at the close of every auction. If you wish to pay with cash or you are tax exempt, send us an email atextremedealsintheburg@gmail.com. It is your responsibility to have a working credit card on file at all times. If your credit card is declined, we will mark your account as a no-show and send you an email.
Pick-Up:Your Removal Schedule is available on every auction. If you do not pick up on your removal dates and times, your item/s will be returned to inventory for re-listing and your winning bid payment is nonrefundable!
If an emergency comes up, (Flat tire, Stuck in traffic, Family emergency) send an email toextremedealsintheburg@gmail.comand ask for an extension. If we do not receive and email by Saturday at 1pm of the week your auction ends, your item/s will be pulled and re-listed. If we give you an extension, We will notate your account. This will be a ONE time thing. We will not extend your pick-up every week or every other week.
No Exceptions, No Refunds For Non Pick-up. These are the Rules of The Auction.
