Dessert is back on the menu! This creamy, smooth Biscoff Mousse is a low calorie pudding that’s so simple to make – it doesn’t even need gelatine!
We’ve mixed Biscoff spread into the mousse and crumbled a little of the biscuits on top to create a luxurious dessert with that irresistible caramelised flavour.
Light and airy, these are the perfect end to any meal. They only take 5 minutes to prepare and half an hour to set, so you can pop them in the fridge while you enjoy your dinner.
At just 196 calories each, they’ll fit into your meal plan, whether you’re counting calories or following a diet plan like Weight Watchers.

You’ll need 4 x 125ml ramekins. They’ll come in useful for all kinds of individual puddings and desserts.
An electric hand whisk will help you to whip cream in no time to make your mousse light and airy.
How many calories are in this Biscoff Mousse?
This Biscoff Mousse is included in our Everyday Light category because it contains just 196 calories per portion. It’s ideal when counting calories or following any of the larger diet plans such as Weight Watchers.
The average woman needs around 2000kcal per day to maintain a healthy body weight, and men typically need slightly more at 2,500kcals, but you may want to reduce these if you are aiming to lose weight. You can find more information on the NHS website.
Step 1
Place the low fat double cream alternative in a medium mixing bowl. Whisk with an electric hand whisk, on high speed, for about 2 minutes until soft peaks are formed. Take care not to over whisk the cream alternative otherwise it will become too stiff to fold in the remaining ingredients.
Step 2
Place the Biscoff spread into a small microwaveable bowl and microwave in small bursts until melted and completely smooth and runny. Alternatively place the small bowl in a slightly larger bowl containing boiling water and stir for about 2 minutes.
Step 3
Add the yoghurt, melted Biscoff spread and vanilla extract to the bowl with the whipped cream alternative. Fold in gently using a rubber spatula or large metal spoon until completely combined. Take care not to knock the air out of the mixture.
Step 4
Divide between four 125ml ramekin dishes and sprinkle the Biscoff biscuit crumbs on top. Chill for about 30 minutes and serve.

How do you know when Biscoff Mousse is ready?
You’ll need to leave this Biscoff Mousse to set in the fridge for at least half an hour. Make them ahead of time and leave them to set while you make dinner – they’ll be the perfect consistency by the time you’re ready for dessert!
How long can you keep Biscoff Mousse in the fridge?
We’d recommend that you eat this recipe within 4 hours of serving it.

Hi Debbie, natural yoghurt isn’t as thick and creamy as Greek style yoghurt and can have a slightly tart taste so it will probably affect the texture and flavour of the mousse.Hope that helps.

Hi Kim. Creme fraiche doesn’t whip up like the double cream alternative. It also has a slightly sour taste which will affect the flavour. We think you’d get best results using the light double cream alternative, such a Elmlea.
